Senior Care Compass has not yet published or registered a dedicated DMCA designated agent on this site. We therefore do not claim that this page, by itself, establishes eligibility for the DMCA section 512 safe harbors.

What a copyright complaint should include

If a public copyright/contact channel is added and you believe material on the site infringes your copyright, a useful written notice should identify:

1. The copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
2. The specific material or URL you want reviewed.
3. Your name and sufficient contact information.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Future DMCA agent

If Senior Care Compass later hosts user-generated content or needs section 512 safe-harbor procedures, the operator should designate an agent through the U.S. Copyright Office’s online DMCA Designated Agent Directory and publish that agent’s contact information on this site. This page must then be updated.

Good-faith review

Even before a formal designated-agent process is established, the site operator should review credible infringement reports in good faith and remove or correct material when appropriate. Nothing on this page limits a copyright owner’s legal rights or defenses such as fair use.
